Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, we will offer you store credit or your money back within 14 or 30 days from the delivered date depending on the issue.. 

1. What If The Item(s) I Received Are Defective/Incorrect/Damaged?
Did you receive a faulty unit or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with
your order?
Please contact our Customer Support team (Contact us page) to start the refund
process. The refund must be requested with 14 days from the delivery date. Please include the following information:
  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective
product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

2. How Long Is The Refund Process?
Processing refunds/returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your payment. We will email you to confirm once your refund/return has been processed.

All refunds/returns will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

3. Terms & Conditions:

  • We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a refund due to defective/incorrect/damaged products (see section 2) will be accepted within 14 days from delivery.
  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and in perfect condition. Contact customer support for return address.
  • We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
  • All shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at support@spartantechsupply.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
  • The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.

4. How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we'll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
