So How Does Our Shipping Work?
We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping via FedEx, DHL, ePacket & USPS! We provide fast, free insured shipping to all our shipping destinations, regardless of the order amount.

General Shipping Information:
Spartan Tech Supply primary focus is customer satisfaction as we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your package arrives in a timely manner, no matter where you are located. We are always available to answer questions or any other communication with you at all times. We hold our customers to the highest value. Our fulfillment center is located in Houston, TX. Please note: Depending on our stock levels and the product, your order could be shipped from our partnered manufacturers & warehouses located in the US & China. So, if you order more than one item expect your items to be shipped separately as different manufacturers specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

2 Part Shipping Process: (1. Processing, 2. Shipping Time)

1. Processing Time: All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within the first 24-hours after the order has been placed. Once the manufacturer receives the order, the product will undergo order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. The manufacturer and national post from the country of origin will then process the order, which usually takes from 1-3 days.

2. Shipping Time: The time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination may vary. All orders are shipped by e-Packet, which is a US Postal Service Product. Products sent to the U.S. generally take 7-20 days to arrive after leaving the warehouse. All other orders usually take about 15-30 days. Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, weather, and other delays, shipping times can vary. 

Why Longer and Different Delivery Times? 
Spartan Tech Supply has collaborated with high rated suppliers around the world to deliver you the highest quality products that you will not find at your local stores. That’s what makes us unique! A slight inconvenience working with suppliers around the world is that different countries may have different or longer delivery times. As a result, products may arrive at your door at different times despite being in one order. We only collaborate with trusted suppliers. This enables us to deliver you the highest quality product possible, keeping our carbon footprint low, and also keeping our costs down. If you only received one order, don’t worry, the rest will come! Thank you.

Tracking Your Order:
We provide tracking for every order. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

I Have Entered An Incorrect Address!
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@spartantechsupply.com or please use our Contact Us form if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:
All Spartan Tech Supply products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from the time of delivery. If a product is defective or does not match the description please initiate an refund within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

Lost/Stolen Packages:
Oh no! This is never an ideal situation for any customer and we always try to do our best in assisting the customer to locate their goodies. All of our orders are sent with free insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost in transit, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, Please see our Refund Policy for further information.

My Item Arrived Damaged:
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

Taxes and Duties:

Spartan Tech Supply is not responsible for any import taxes or fines. Many of our products come from international suppliers and there may be import duties and or taxes imposed by your government.  We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
